Andhra Cuisine on 'Menu' for TRS Plenary

The district which is mix and match of Andhra and Telanagana cultures once again shown its specialty.
The main attraction at the plenary sessions has been the menu items. The party cadres were served various Telangana delicacies including Hyderabad Chicken Biryani. Not only that popular Andhra dishes like Bommidayal Pulusu, Peethala iguru, Ulava chaaru, mamidikaya pappu, gummadi iguru, sanaga papu and Chepala pulusu are being served at the event. Gutti Vankaya Kura, Pulihora, Andhra pulao and Raagi Sankati are also part of the vegetarian menu.
TRS is planning to use the occasion to prove its support base in Khammam, which is mostly dominated by people from Andhra origin.It was minister Tummala Nageswara who took active role in the arrangements for the plenary. A grand public meeting will be held at Government degree college ground in Khammam
