Andhra Pradesh Adds 6,555 Fresh Corona cases

Andhra Pradesh, which has been witnessing over 6,000 fresh Coronavirus infections for a few days daily, yet again reported over 6,500 cases and the total cases cross the 7.6-lakh mark.
In the last 24 hours, 70399 samples were tested across the state and 6,555 new cases were reported. So far, a total of 706790 patients have been diagnosed with the virus.
On a brighter note, fresh Covid-19 fatalities continue to decrease. With 33 people succumbing to the virus in the past 24 hours, the total toll of casualties zoomed to 5900.
In the last 24 hours, 7,485 patients have beaten the virus,. So far, a total of 6,43,993 patients have been recovered from the virus. The active cases stood at 56897.
East Godavari reported 975 fresh cases out of the newly reported cases, while West Godavari(930), Chittor(925), and Prakasham(668) are at the next spots in terms of fresh cases.
