Breaking: AP Reported 7,813 Fresh Infections And 53 Fatalities

The total infections of the contagious disease are inching towards the 89,000-mark in Andhra Pradesh, as the state added a record of fresh infections in a single day with 7,813 fresh infections.
With this, the total cases of the pandemic stood at 88,671. This is the second-highest spike of cases in a single day. AP reported the highest spike of cases, in a single day 8,147 the other day.
According to the information provided by the health bulletin, a total of 53,681 samples were tested in the last 24 hours and 7,813 infections were detected in the state.
On the other hand, 52 fresh casualties were reported in the last 24 hours which takes the total fatalities in connection with the respiratory disease in the state to 985.
Talking about the recoveries of the virus, as many as 3,208 patients managed to recover from the virus and the total recoveries rose to 43,255. The state has 44,431 active cases of the disease.
West Godavari district, yet again reported the highest fresh cases in a single day with 1,324 fresh cases. The other day, the district reported over 1,000 cases the other day.
