Andhra Pradesh Government Revises Liquor Prices Again

In what it could be a piece of good news for the liquor overs, the Andhra Pradesh government has reduced the liquor prices in the state yet again.
The Andhra Pradesh Excide Department released a Government Order(GO) revising the liquor prices. The prices of medium and premium brands were revised by around 25 percent.
The revised prices will be effective from tomorrow, i,e. The move came days after the state government issuing GO which prohibits importing liquor from the other states without proper licenses.
It has been reported that the decision was taken to counter the illegal liquor transport from the other states. On the premium brands, the new prices will see a cut by Rs 50 to Rs 1350.
