Andhra Pradesh Reports A Massive Dip In Fresh Cases with less Than 1600 New Cases

Despite being at the second spot in terms of the Covid-19 outbreak in the country, Andhra Pradesh has successfully managed to bring down the fresh Covid-19 cases over the past few days after witnessing the peaks of the disease in September.
The fresh Covid-19 fell further in the state as less than sixteen hundred were reported in the past 24 hours. The latest addition of cases pushes the Covid-19 caseload the past 8.50 lakh mark.
As per the information provided by the media bulletin, 80,737 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, and as many as 1,593 fresh cases were reported taking the total toll to 8,51,298.
In a piece of good news, 2,178 people have beaten the virus and got discharged from the hospitals, which pushes the total recoveries of the pandemic to a whopping 8,24,189. The active cases stood at 20,262.
The Coronavirus related casualties have also witnessed a massive dip as 10 people have breathed their last battling the pandemic. So far, 6,847 patients have succumbed to the virus.
East Godavari continues to be the worst affected region in the state with the Covid-19 outbreak as the region alone has 1,20,050 infections followed by West Godavari(89855) and Chittor(81791).
