Angry Venkaiah Cancels Dinner For MPs

Annoyed with the frequent disruptions in the House, Rajya Sabha chairman M Venkaiah Naidu cancelled the dinner he was supposed to be hosting for the MPs of the Upper House on Wednesday.
Reportedly, Preparations were made for the Dinner to be hosted by Vice President few days before itself. Venkaiah Naidu has invited President, Prime Minister, Leader of the House, Leader of the Opposition and Floor Leaders of political parties. The proceedings in the House hasn't became normal even by Today.
During the meeting with the floor leaders of various parties in his chamber, Venkaiah Naidu expressed his displeasure over the frequent disruptions and informed about his decision to cancel the dinner. He felt it's not appropriate to host dinner when the House wasn't functioning for close to couple of weeks.
Actually, Venkaiah Naidu planned the menu with Andhra Specials this time. Unfortunately, The dinner has been cancelled just few hours before the scheduled time.
