The Mastermind behind Demonetization blasts Modi

Anil Bokil, the founder of Artha Kranthi Pratishthan, met Prime Minister in July this year. The meeting supposed to last for 9-minutes got stretched to two hours. It was during this discussion, Mr.Anil suggested Modi to launch demonetization to wipe out Black Money and Fake Currency.
Days after the announcement of currency ban, Anil Bokil blasts Union Government for creating a mess by implementing only two out of his five aspects he suggested. Here is the road map given to the Centre by him…
i) Abolition of Taxes: Direct & indirect levied by the State & Central Governments, and also the Local Bodies should be abolished.
ii) Replacement of Taxes with Bank Transaction Tax (BTT): Each and every inward bank transaction will attract a tax of two percent. The amount deducted from bank accounts will be distributed among Centre, State and Local Bodies in the ratio of 0.7 percent, 0.6 percent and 0.35 percent respectively. Even the concerned bank gets a share of 0.35 percent.
iii) No Tax for Cash Transactions (Withdrawals)
iv) A law should be brought to fix Rs 2,000 as a limit on cash transactions
v) Withdrawing all higher denomination currency (above Rs 50)
Anil Bokil claims to have worked on the proposals for 16 years, since Artha Kranti was established in 2000. The 16-member technical team reached a conclusion that not a single individual would suffer if these five proposals were implemented.
