Another TDP Biggie on Way to Ditch Party

It's attrition time in the TDP. After Karanam Balaram, key leaders from Anantapur too seem to be on their way out from the party. MLC Samanthaka Mani and her daughter and former MLA Yamini Bala are said to be planning to leave the TDP. They too might join the YSRCP, according to highly placed sources.
Both Samanthakamani and Yamini Bala are said to be upset with Chandrababu Naidu ignoring the Dalits in the party. They are also unhappy that he is promoting new entrants in the party and is sidelining those who stayed loyal to the party all these years. For the past sometime, the mother-daughter duo is keeping away from regular party activities. In fact, Samanthakamani chose to abstain from attending the legislative council sessions despite a whip from the party.
If sources are to be believed, both Samanthakamani and Yamini Bala are holding consultations with the party leaders and workers from their constituencies on their future political course. They are likely to make a key announcement soon.
