Another U Turn by Chandrababu

Chandrababu Naidu, who is famous for U Turns, has taken another U Turn. This time around, it is on the English medium schools in Andhra Pradesh. After going ballistic against the introduction of English as a medium of introduction, Chandrababu has realised that his opposition is not being liked by the people of the state. He has also realised that there is a backlash from the SC, ST and the BC communities to his stand.
It is because of this realisation that he has postponed his protest scheduled for December 16 against the introduction of the English medium in government schools. The latest is that he has also asked his party cadre not to attack YS Jagan's policy. He reportedly told them to go to town to tell the people that in fact it was Chandrababu Naidu, who first mooted the concept of English as a medium of instruction.
Minister Perni Nani said that Chandrababu is well-known for the U Turns and has time and again took 180 degree turn on several issues. After all his efforts aimed at uniting non-BJP parties against Narendra Modi, he has recently vied with the BJP leaders in greeting Amit Shah's son Jay Shah on his birthday. Nani said that the English was introduced as a medium of education keeping in view the long term benefit of the Telugus.
