AP Capital Farmers to receive Plots within 195 Days

Municipal Minister P Narayana informed Legislative Council about issuing the notification of the draft master plan for AP Capital Amaravati in 15 days. Post the release of the notification, People would be invited to voice their objections if any and offer valuable suggestions to Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA).
The Minister told farmers who took part in Land Pooling System (LPS) voluntarily will be receiving their plots within 195 days from the date of publication of the final Master Plan of Amaravati. He added, Plots allocation would be done based on lottery system.
Council Members appealed State Government to take measures to develop the land allotted to farmers in a time bound manner to avoid any delays.
CRDA plans to develop basic infrastructure in Amaravati within a year. Whereas, It takes three more years for All-Round Development in the Capital region.
