AP Capital: Naidu prefers 3 Methods to built it!

Andhra Pradesh Government took the call to built the New Capital by following 3 different methods.
1) AP Govt constructs few buildings on its own - Assembly & Secretariat (Rs 2010 crore), High Court (Rs 1,150 crore) and Raj Bhavan (Rs 390 crore).
2) Some structures will be built using the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) mode - Roads, Guest Houses, Sewerage system, etc.,
3) Public Private Partnership (PPP) system will be following for the remaining ones - Government Offices, Minister's Quarters and Other.
Singapore Government is expected to submit the Master Plan of AP Capital by May this year. Centre will be sanctioning funds for the New Capital only after the detailed submission of the project report.
