AP Capital Revised-Master Plan Within 45 Days

Singapore Firm Surbana which is also one of the two companies designed master plans for proposed AP Capital Amaravati was chosen for the task of preparing the revised Master Plan as well.
Earlier, AP Government had called for global tenders for the revised Master Plan. However, The plan was dropped and Surbana was chosen on nomination basis to complete the task. Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Commissioner N Srikanth confirms the reports and says work will completed within 45 days.
The revised Master Plan will have designs of seed capital covering 16.9 sq km. It also covers details of the developed land that need to be allotted to farmers who took part in the Land Pooling Scheme. Experts of Surbana will stay in Vijayawada until the end of revised Master Plan.
Surbana didn't charge any fee for developing the Master Plan of AP. It's still not yet clear if the Singapore Firm offers its services for preparing revised Master Plan without charging money.
