AP Capital to be built in Four Phases

Municipal Minister P Narayana tried to give a clarity on the construction process of AP Capital 'Amaravati'.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Narayana informed that the proposed world-class capital of Andhra Pradesh will be built in four phases. 'First Phase of AP Capital will be completed before 2019 General Elections,' he adds.
The Minister, however, didn't elaborate on what are those four phases and how much time it would take to complete the whole process.
AP Capital First Phase include Government structures such as Assembly, Secretariat, Raj Bhavan, CM's Camp Office, Officers and Quarters for Employees and many more. Will the First Phase benefit TDP in 2019 General Elections in any way? Even several senior party leaders have been expressing the same doubt.
