Was Naidu Taking Care Of Donkeys Then?: Jagan
By: Tupaki Desk | 11 July 2019 9:08 AM GMTAP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy shot back at TDP which is making a hue & cry over his presence at the inauguration of Kaleshwaram Project. 'Opposition has been asking why I went for Kaleshwaram Inauguration. I had done so just because of my intention to see the neighbouring state progress. States will get benefitted if CMs maintain healthy relations. Telangana CM accepted our appeal. He agreed to offer irrigation water to AP. We will be receiving Godavari Water from Telangana. Attempts have been made to divert the water to Srisailam, Nagarjuna Sagar and Krishna. Feel happy that Telugu States are working collectively. How could you criticise instead of heaping praises on KCR?,' he questioned.
Jagan questioned, 'What Chandrababu Naidu was doing when KCR constructed Kaleswaram Project? The project was constructed when TDP was in power. Was Naidu taking care of donkeys at that time? The height of Almatti Dam was increased when Babu was Chief Minister. Because of it, Availability of Krishna Water touched a new low in the past 10 years'.
Before blaming anyone for Kaleshwaram Project, Chandrababu Naidu has to point fingers at himself because he remained mere spectator when serving as the Chief Minister. He failed to stop the project inspite of maintaining alliance with BJP for four years.
