AP demands Rs 20,000 crore, Centre allots Rs 1,600 crore!

Much to the shock of people of AP, Union Government sanctioned Rs 1,600 crore for the construction of New Capital.
To ensure there are no widespread projects over the nominal package, Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu stated Centre will study the Master Plan designed by Singapore and would sanction more function in future based on the designs of the Government structures.
Neither TDP Government nor Andhrites were pleased with the financial assistance Centre has been offering till date.
