AP Farmers call for protest outside Sharmila's Hyderabad Residence

The ongoing tussle between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana over the water sharing issue had resulted in a tense situation outside Ys Sharmila's residence in Hyderabad.
Finding fault with Sharmila's statement over the disputes, Andhra Pradesh farmers have called for a protest on Wednesday.
The protest was called by AP Parirakshana Samithi leader K. Srinivasulu.A few farmers have joined the protest. Sharmila's supporters had a war of words with the farmers.
As the protestors refused to leave the spot, Sharmila's supporters informed about the same and the cops reached there are detained the protestors.
As the two Telugu States are fighting over the water issues, Sharmila took to Twitter and said that she will fight for interests of Telangana in terms of water and said, she will not let go even a single drop of water that belongs to Telangana.
Andhra and Telangana are at the loggerheads over the Rayalaseema Lift Irrigation Project (RLIP). While Telangana is making allegations that AP is using more water than the allocated water, AP is saying that no such thing happened.
Andhra Pradesh had once again moved the Krishna River Management Board (KRMB) with a third letter in this month saying that Telangana is not following the orders issued by the River Board.
