In what is could be a shock to AP, the Centre said that Telangana state's financial condition is good and on the other hand AP's condition is worst. The reply from the Centre in the Parliament has ringed danger bells on the future of AP.

Coming to other states the Maharashtra and Telangana are in the top two positions in debt to GDP ratio with 16.9 percent and 17 percent respectively.

Telangana Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao took to Twitter to share the happiness and even posted a copy of the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (FRBM) Review Committee report on his official Twitter handle.

"BJP & INC leaders who level random allegations on Telangana's borrowings need to educate themselves better

Govt of India in its written reply to a question in Loksabha has stated that Telangana's Debt to GSDP ratio is 17%. State debt is well within FRBM limits & fiscally prudent," read KTR's Tweet.

All the details were given by Union Minister of State for Finance Minister Anurag Thakur replying to a question asked by MP Dushyant Singh in Lok Sabha.

The Union Minister went on to say that the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (FRBM) Review Committee has submitted its report to the Central government recently.
