AP Government Cancels Permits Of Private COVID Centers After Receiving Complaints!

Following the rapid growth of the Coronavirus infections, the Andhra Pradesh government permitted the private COVID Centre to offer treatment for the patients. However, these centers face allegations that they are charging a huge amount as fees.
Now the Health Department officials canceled the permits of five COVID centers that were reportedly violating norms and charging huge amounts.
Permits of Hotel Swarna Heights, Laxmi Nursing Home, Ira Hospital, Hotel Murg Krishnayya, Hotel sun city were canceled and notices were also served to the centers.
Looks like, the government is sending a clear indication that no such violations will be entertained and strict action will be taken on the private COVID centers if they charge extra amount.
