AP Government in search of Secretariat in Vizag?

Soon after Jagan's announcement in state Assembly to have three capitals, each one for legislative, executive and judiciary opposition leader Chandrababu Naidu and Actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan have strongly opposed this move.
Though the opposition is participating in the protests observed by the farmers of the capital region, it looks like the government is very firm on the decision to have three capitals and is reportedly making the required arrangements.
According to some media reports, the concerned officers have opted to use the northern blocks of the Andhra University which are located at the Maddilapalem junction on the national highway as the secretariat complex.
"There are several buildings belonging to Andhra University Engineering College wing which are not being used effectively. Besides, there is a huge conference hall that can accommodate 1500 people. The entire complex also has a huge ground that can be used for vehicle parking," a close source said.
The source went on to say that, "At the same time, it is also closer to the beach road where the chief minister's camp office and other official complexes will come up."
