AP Health Bulletin Released On COVID-19

AP has reported 31 fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours which makes the count of the positive cases 603. Kurnool district has the number of positive cases with 129 followed by Guntur with 126.
Krishna and Nellore are in the next two positions with 70 and 67 positive cases respectively. Out of the 603 positive cases, 42 patients have recovered and discharged respectively. 15 COVID-19 deaths were recorded in the state.
The AP government has imported one lakh rapid testing kits from South Korea which enables the testing process of the virus in just 10 minutes. The rapid kits were delivered to AP on a special flight.
All these kits will be sent to all the 13 districts in the state so that the community screening centers can conduct the medical examinations for the COVID-19 virus.
Telangana reported 66 positive cases on Friday taking the total count of the COVID-19 positive cases in the state to 766 and out of them, 566 were active patients as 186 were recovered from the patients. 18 fatalities were reported so far.
Positive cases of COVID-19 surpassed 14,000 in India with 900 fresh cases reporting in the past 24 hours which takes the toll of the positive cases in the nation to 14,378. To date 480 have last their lives to COVID-19 in India.
