Court Orders Kodela & His Son To Surrender

High Court issued crucial orders regarding the case related to 'K' Tax collected by Kodela Siva Prasada Rao and his Son Shivaram in the past 5 years. The Top Court asked the Former Speaker and his Son to surrender by September 6th this year.
HC informed Kodela and Sivaram can obtain conditional bail after surrendering. Which means, The Father-Son can't leave Vijayawada and must be available for the investigation of the cases booked against them. They should appear before the police on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays until the filing of the chargesheet. Witnesses can't be influenced by them during the bail period.
A Case was booked against Kodela Siva Prasada Rao for diverting the Assembly Furniture to his Son's automobile showroom. Kodela damaged the reputation of TDP so much with this unethical move. Can't Kodela who claimed to have spent Rs 11 crore in 2014 Elections afford furniture for his business establishment?
