AP High Court shocks CM Jagan on Vizag Guest House!

Supreme Court lawyer Nitish Gupta filed a contempt of court petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court in which he maintained that the government is constructing the guest house in 30 acres land t shift the capital.
It has been widely reported that the high court tribunal sounded a bit displeased over the guest house construction and directed to file a counter-affidavit with the signature of CS before September 10th.
The High Court on Thursday directed the state government to halt any move to build the guest house stating that it amounts to contempt of court.
The High Court issued interim orders to halt the guest house construction in Visakhapatnam and stated that going ahead with the construction works comes under contempt of court.
