AP Kickstarts Operations To Bring Back People Struct In Abroad

Following the deadly outbreak of the novel coronavirus, many Indians were stranded in various parts of the world and some states in the world started their efforts to bring their citizens back home.
Now Andhra Pradesh state too joined the list and the concerned officers have urged the people struct in other nations to be ready to step on their homeland as all required arrangements to bring them back are underway.
As part of the airlifting measures, East Godavari & the coastal districts in the Northern part will be linked to the Visakhapatnam International Airport, while the Nellore and Rayalaseema districts will be linked to the Tirupati Airport and the remaining districts will be tagged to the Vijayawada Airport.
The flight that will airlift Indians from the United States will land on 11th of May on Hyderabad and COVID-19 tests will be conducted for them and if anyone of them show any positive symptoms of the virus, they might have to be in quarantine for two weeks in the hotels dedicated for providing accommodation for the patients.
