New Chapter in Ayyanna Vs Ganta

Group wars in Visakhapatnam TDP has been continuing since Ganta Srinivasa Rao joined the party ahead of 2014 General Elections. Tug of war between Ministers Ayyanna Patrudu & Ganta Srinivasa Rao is known to one and all.
Minister Ayyanna Patrudu issued a warning to District Collector saying, 'I will resign if you don't do what I say within 24 hours'. Why did he make this sensational statement?
In every District, There will be DA DL Committee. Ruling Party Leaders will decide who should be the members of these panels. Appointments to DA DL Committees in Visakha took place in 2013 under Congress rule. TDP hasn't appointed new members despite coming to power in 2014. While Congress leader Raghavendra Rao is acting as Chairman, There are altogether 15 Members. Panel Members were continuing in the post though their term ended last month. Minister Ayyanna wrote a letter on this development. Due to lack of information about Minister's letter, Officials had written a letter to seeking an election.
On the other hand, Executive Secretary for Department of Animal Husbandry appointed 16-members DL DA committee on March 27th. Gadu Venkatappadu, who hails from Ganta's Bheemili Constituency, has been appointed as chairman.
This move hasn't gone down well with Ayyanna. He complained against Ganta to in-charge Minister Chinnarajappa and pledged to resign by evening if Committee Members weren't replaced. Chinnarajappa spoke to Collector and subsequently the committee was scrapped to pacify Ayyanna. What will be the reaction of Ganta now?
