AP Minister Kidari Sravan Kumar Resigns
By: Tupaki Desk | 9 May 2019 2:10 PM GMTAP Minister Kidari Sravan Kumar sent his resignation letter to Chief Minister's Office Today. He thanked CM Chandrababu Naidu for giving him the opportunity to serve the people as Health and Tribal Welfare Minister.
After Maoists killed Araku MLA Kidari Sarveswar Rao, CM Chandrababu Naidu inducted deceased Legislator's Son Kidari Sravan Kumar into cabinet on November 11th. Sravan Kumar had to resign within 6 months as he wasn't a member of either Assembly or Legislative Council.
Ahead of the resignation, Kidari Sravan Kumar went to CM's residence in Undavalli. He met Nara Lokesh and informed about his decision to resign respecting the constitution. It was then Lokesh assured to take care of Sravan's future. Thereafter, Sravan Kumar went to the Secretariat to submit the resignation letter to CM's Secretary Satish Chandar. He thanked Officials for extending cooperation to him in the past six months.
Kidari Sravan Kumar expressed confidence that TDP will retain power by emerging as the single largest party on May 23rd.
