AP Panchayat Elections are not less than General Elections!

The wait is finally over. The elections for the first phase of the Panchayat elections will start tomorrow. The State Election Commission has fixed the polling times from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
The political parties are not leaving any stone to attract the voters and win as many Panchayats as possible. The government is focusing on winning the Panchayat unanimously.
As a bid to attract the voters, the leaders are offering various things as gifts, which include Home Appliances, Liquor, Chicken, Mutton, Biryani, Money, and even Cement is also offered.
Media reports claimed that the parties and leaders are not taking a backstep in attracting the voters in the crucial Panchayats. Ration Goods, money and electric goods like TVs, Sound Systems and Fridges.
The Panchayat elections are not less than the General elections. It is said that in some Panchayats, voters are demanding 1500-2000 per vote, the amount usually given for General elections. Given the importance of the polls, the parties are ready to give the money voters are demanding.
The Political observers are eagerly waiting to see what more the parties in the state will offer in the next phases of the elections which are scheduled to be held in February.
