AP Police Officers Association writes to Jagan against Minister!

Andhra Pradesh Minister Seediri Appalaraju faced an embarrassing situation earlier this month after his security were not allowed to enter an event. The cops deployed there told the Minister that he can go and his security cannot be permitted.

This led to an argument between the Minister and the cops present there. It is believed that Andhra Pradesh Animal Husbandry Minister Seediri Appalaraju reportedly used objectionable language against the cops.

Holding him responsible for the objectionable language, the Andhra Pradesh Police Officers' Association had reportedly written to Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to look into the matter and take possible action against the Minister for his unacceptable behavior with the Police officer.

The body had accused the Minister of not only using objectionable comments but also threatening the officer deployed at the event.

Getting deeper into the details. The issue was reported on the 9th of this month on the occasion of the annual festival of Sri Sarada Peetham in the shore city Visakhapatnam. With the Chief Minister attending the event, the Police department made sure that no lapses in security takes place.

For the same reason, the Minister was told by a police officer that he can attend the event, but not his security. This made the Minister angry and he argued with the cops. Along with the letter, the Andhra Pradesh Police Officers' Association had also attached the video of the Minister abusing the officer.
