Breaking News: AP Records 425 Fresh Virus Cases

The Coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh continue to rise on each passing day. In the last 24 hours, 425 fresh cases were recorded in the state taking the total cases toll to 5854 in the state.
Among the new cases, 299 were within the state and 126 were from migrants. Two people from Krishna district have died of the virus on yesterday and the total deceased number reached 92 in AP. After recording new cases, now the active cases in the state stands at 2779.
As per the report of the health department, 13,923 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. On a positive side, 77 people have cured of the virus and got discharged and a cumulative of 2983 are discharged till now.
As of now, 2779 are being treated in the state. The total number of cases related to foreigners reached 289 and 242 are active out of them. Accordingly, 611 migrants are undergoing treatment in the state.
