AP Reports 1,813 Infections And 17 Fatalities In 24 Hours

Andhra Pradesh continues to fear the ongoing virus with the infections increasing day by day. The increasing count of fatalities in connection with the virus are also increasing rapidly.
In the past 24 hours, 20,590 samples were tested in Andhra Pradesh and 1775 locals were found positive for the dreaded virus. On the other hand, 34 Returnees of other states and four Foreign Returnees contacted the virus.
In total, the state reported 1813 fresh cases in the past 24 hours, taking the toll of the total infections in the state to 27,235. With 17 fresh casualties, total casualties zoomed to 309.
On the other hand, so far 12,399 people managed to recover from the fatal virus, including 1168 fresh recoveries in 24 hours. The active cases stood at 11,714.
Kurnool(3,168), Anantapur(3,161) and Guntur(2867) turned out as the worst-affected districts in the state with the deadly outbreak of the novel virus.
