Ap Reports Highest Single Coronavirus Infections In Months With 2,558 Cases

As per the health bulletin released by the Health Ministery, as many as 31,268 samples were tested in the past 24 hours and 2558 new infections were detected.
Over the past few days, Andhra Pradesh has been reporting more than 1,000 new Coronavirus infections, inculcating fear in people's minds. Breaking all the previous records, Andhra Pradesh added not less than 2,558 infections, the highest single-day cases in recent times.
With 2558 new infections, the total Coronavirus infections in the state have mounted to 9,15,832. With four casualties, the total Covid-19 related casualties rose to 7268.
On the other hand, 915 patients have beaten the virus in the past 24 hours, taking the total number of recoveries in the state to a whopping 8,89,651.
East Godavari continues to be the worst-affected region in the state with not less than 125587 Coronavirus infections, followed by West Godavari and Chittor districts with 94,663 and 92,205 infections respectively.
