Breaking: AP Reports Near 8,000 Cases In 24 hours

Day after surpassing the 64,000-mark, Andhra Pradesh made yet again reported the highest spike of cases in a single day with 7,998 fresh infections detected in the last 24 houses.
With the latest addition, the total cases in the cases zoomed to 72711. With 61 fresh casualties, the total fatalities in connectin with the pandemic mounted to 884.
In the past 24 hours, a total of 58,082 samples were tested for the pandemic and 7,998 infections were detected. As of now, a mammoth 14,93,879 samples were tested in the state.
On the other hand, 34,818 patients managed to recover from the contagious disease in the state so far and the active cases in Andhra Pradesh stood at 34,114. The recovery rate in the state is going up gradually.
West Godavari, which reported the highest number of cases in a day with 1391 fresh infection, reported 14 fatalities in the last 24 hours.
