AP Saw A Dip In Fresh Cases In 24 Hours

In a piece of good news, the fresh cases of ongoing pandemic decreased as the state added 8943 fresh infections in the last 24 hours. With this, the total cases rose to 273085.
The growth in the fatalities in connection with the virus is raising many fears and concerns about the virus spread as 97 patients lost their lives in the last 24 hours. The total casualties zoomed to 2475.
As per the health bulletin, 53,026 samples were tested for the virus and 8943 infections were detected. So far, the state tested a total of 27,58,485 samples for the disease.
On a brighter note, as many as 9,779 patients recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours, and the total recoveries of the virus mounted to 1 80,703. The active cases stood at 89907.
East Godavari has the highest number of total cases in the state with 38,292 cases followed by Kurnool and Anantapur with 32,012 and 28,096 infections respectively.
