AP Speaker - What About 23 MLAs and 2 MPs?

AP Speaker accepted the resignations of Two MLAs who joined Jana Sena Party recently. While one of them happens to be TDP MLA Ravela Kishore Babu, The other one is BJP MLA Akula Satyanarayana. Speaker Kodela accepted the resignations of two MLAs just a day before the start of the final Assembly Session. He claims to have spoken with both the Legislators before taking the decision.
What about the action against 23 MLAs and 2 MPs who defected to TDP from YCP? Why these public representatives weren't disqualified until now though they got elected on YCP Ticket in 2014 Elections? No action was taken even though Four Defector MLAs were inducted into the Cabinet. That is why YSR Congress Party decided to boycott the Assembly Sessions for entire term.
Pawan Kalyan is very particular about resignations of Sitting MLAs when it comes to welcoming them into his party. As the resignations were accepted, Either Ravela or Akula won't have certain advantages of a Sitting MLA while contesting elections. Can these two Leaders overcome such a drawback?
