Pawan Kalyan - Fight for Special Status: Govind Rao

AP Students JAC President Lagudu Govind Rao appealed Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan to fight for Special Category Status, so that pressure will be mounted on the Union Government.
After staging a dharna at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, AP Students JAC placed six demands before Centre. i) Special Package for Uttar Andhra & Rayalseema, ii) New Railway Zone in Visakha, iii) Allotting substantial funds for Polavaram Project, iv) Package for AP Capital, v) Tax Exemptions & Incentives for Industries and vi) Development of backward regions.
Students JAC alleged NDA Government hardly bothered to resolves the issues of AP in the past 14 months. It slammed Seemandhra MPs for their inability to mount pressure on the centre despite injustice done to AP and asked them to get ready to resign. JAC Leaders even warned that official residences of few Union Ministers will be targeted in protest against the NDA Government's failure in implementation of AP Reorganisation Act, 2014.
