Kothapalli Geetha was elected as Araku MP on YSR Congress Ticket in 2014 Elections. She, however, didn't take much time to shift loyalties to the ruling TDP. In the past one year, The Parliamentarian maintained good relations with BJP. Recently, She had even sent a letter to YCP informing about her decision to resign for the primary membership of the party.
