Arnab Goswami Lands In Another Problem, Fresh FIR Filed For Assaulting Woman Police!

Republic TV Editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami, who was arrested on Wednesday by the Mumbai police landed in yet another trouble as one more First Information Report (FIR) was filed against him.
It is believed that during his arrest process, he allegedly assaulted a woman police officer. An FIR has been filed at the NM Joshi Marg Police Station under the IPC sections 353, 504, 506, and 34.
The Alibaug court in Maharashtra, which heard the case rejected the Mumbai Police's demand to send Arnab Goswami to 14-day police custody. He was sent to judicial custody till November 18.
Arnab Goswami was arrested on the charges of abetment to suicide. The case goes back to 2018, where a 53-year interior designer and his mother ended their lives by suicide after his overdue from Republic TV was not paid.
After Arnab was arrested, the deceased interior designer's wife Akshata Naik, and daughter Adnya Naik addressed the media and thanked the Mumbai police for their actions in the case.
