Y Category Security for Arnab Goswami

In the wake of possible threat to his life from Pak-based Terror Outfits, Times NOW Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami is likely to get 'Y Category' security cover.
The Intelligence Bureau submitted a report to the home ministry about the threat to Arnab Goswami. Subsequently, Decision to offer Y Category security has been taken.
From now, Arnab Goswami will receive 24-hour security cover. Apart from two personal security officers, There will be 15-20 other personnel to guard him round the clock.
Since the Uri Terror Attacks, Arnab Goswami is vocal about the atrocities of the terror outfits. His prime time news-hour debates on terrorism mayn't have gone down well with the extremists.
Other Journalists to receive security cover from Centre are Ashwini Kumar Chopra (Z Plus Category) & Umesh Kumar (Y category) of Samachar Plus and Zee News Sudhir Chaudhary (X Category).
