MLA rapes Minor Girl

RJD MLA Raj Balladh Yadav is facing charges of sexually assaulting a minor girl in Bihar. This development has not only embarrassed Lalu Prasad Yadav's RJD, but also its alliance partner JD-U led by 5-time CM Nitish Kumar.
As per the complainant, A woman named Sulekha Devi took her to an undisclosed location that's 15 km away from the district headquarters Bihar Sharif. She was forced to consume liquor by the woman and there after the legislator has raped her. Devi gave the victim Rs 30,000 before leaving the spot.
Based on the complaint, Cops registered a case and took the victim to the crime spot. The place were the sexual assault took place was actually the house of RJD MLA. Even the victim identified Mr.Yadav as the person who exploited her. Orders were issued to take the RJD Legislator into custody.
