Warrant against actors Jeevitha Rajasekhar

Actress Jeevitha Rajashekar again hits the headlines and of course for bad reasons. Nandyala Town Magistrate court has issued arrest warrant against Jeevitha Rajasekhar in an alleged cheque bounce.
Petitioner BV Jagadish, a financier, filed a case after a cheque for Rs 5 lakh issued by the Jeevita bounced due to insufficient funds in the account.Jeevitha has reportedly borrowed Rs.5 lakhs from Jagadish on the 6th June, 2013.
The court summoned Jeevitha to appear for a hearing but as the actress failed to appear the judge issued an arrest warrant against her yesterday
This is not the first time Rajasekhar and Jeevitha are involved in a cheque bounce case. In 2008 and 2010, they faced the similar cases.Recently Jeevita was relieved from a cheque bounce case by the Erramanzil court.
