What to expect from Arun Jaitley's Announcement?
1) 90 percent grants in Central Funds, AP will additionally receive Rs 3,000 crore per Year.
2) Centre will bear 90 percent Polavaram Project cost
3) Revenue Deficit for 1st Year between Rs 7,000-9,000 crore. Rs 3,979 crore was sanctioned so far, rest will be sanctioned with Package.
4) Rs 500 crore Tax Exemption fund
5) Rs 2,500 crore for AP Capital construction
6) Special Railway Zone in Vijayawada
7) Financial Assistance to AP through various Banks. Centre itself will clear those debts.
