Did PK got convinced by TDP-BJP Explanation?

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu has collectively explained what all the benefits AP received from the Centre so far. It was an attempt to answer the allegations of Pawan Kalyan that the injustice is being done to AP. Have a look at them…
i) States with Special Status will receive funds 90:10 basis from Centre. Even AP will be receiving this benefit.
ii) Between 2004-2014, UPA granted only Rs 98,000 crore to AP. We sanctioned Rs 2.03 lakh crore in the past 2-and-a-half years.
iv) Amaravati will get Metro Rail. It will be linked to Gannavaram airport.
v) National Highways will be linked to Amaravati and Rs 64,000 crore is being spent for it.
vi) Rs 1,000 crore granted for 7 roads leading to Amaravati
vii) Prestigious Universities have been set up in AP with in a short time
viii) Considering exemption of Capital Gain Tax for Farmers who wish to sell their plots.
Did the explanation given by Jaitley and Venkaiah convinces Jana Sena Chief? Will he call off the Anantapur Public Meeting on November 10th?
