How Visakha Engineer shocked Kejriwal?

A Visakhapatnam-based Engineer caused a huge embarrassment to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by sending him a demand draft of Rs 364 asking him to buy a pair of shoes.
Sumit Agarwal, who is a Mechanical Engineer, shared his open letter on Facebook page faulting Arvind Kejriwal meeting French President Francois Hollande at Rashtrapati Bhawan sans shoes. He claimed to have left with broken heart and aggrieved watching a CM in such a state.
Pointing that Micro-Scale Companies with lifetime budgets much shorter than Delhi Government's daily budget provide shoes for labourers free of cost, Mr.Agarwal commented its sad to see Delhi Government don't even provide proper footwear for its employees. He even gave a reason for 'Why just Rs 364?'. The Engineer who is against donations to Political Parties has gone on streets to raise fund for a pair of shoes to be presented for Delhi CM. He even say time constraint forced him to end the mission after covering every flat in his own apartment & adjacent buildings.
