Chief Minister's Tea & Samosa Scam exposed

An RTI Query exposed the 'Tea & Samosa Scam' of Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi Government. As much as Rs 1 crore has been spent on just Tea & Samosas by AAP Government in the past one-and-a-half year.
Lunch Meets organized by Delhi Tourism & Transport Development Corporation (DTTDC) on 11th and 12th of February for 50-odd and 30-odd people respectively costed the state exchequer to the tune of Rs 11 lakh. As per the norms, Expenses can't exceed Rs 1,250 per person for Lunch Meets at places other than five-star hotels.
Union Minister Piyush Goyal opined it's not right on the part of Delhi Government to misuse Tax Payer's money. He alleges diverting of funds has been happening with the knowledge of Arvind Kejriwal.
How would Kejriwal defend the splurging of the Tax Payer's money? Will he term the allegations as a conspiracy by BJP? Wait & See!
