Lockdown 4.0: Delhi CM Writes To Narendra Modi

The Centre gave some relaxations for the states as a bid to help the states to boost the economy which went into losses after imposing the nationwide lockdown in the third week of March.
In the wake of this, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over some relaxations and made some recommendations on this.
Some of them are Markets and market Complexes to be opened in Odd even way and 33% of shops will be opened in the Shopping Malls only and people who distribute the essentials for Government and Private sectors will be permitted to roam on the roads by providing them passes.
