Self-styled Godman Asaram Bapu was sentenced to life imprisonment after his conviction in the rape case of a Minor Girl.
Post the conviction of Asaram Bapu, School Principal of the Rape Victim breathed a sigh of relief. Why because, The Godman had threatened him to prove the girl's age was 18-Years-Old.
School Principal: 'I was under constant pressure to falsify the Victim's date of birth in school records. Threat letters were sent to Me. They harassed Me mentally and physically'.
A 16-Year-Old Girl in UP's Shahajahanpur alleged Asaram Bapu raped her at his Ashram in Manai Village on August 15th, 2013. Several key witnesses in the case were either killed or went missing since then. Finally, Jodhpur's SC and ST Court delivered justice on Wednesday.
