Ashwini Dutt Gets Paid, Dil Raju-PVP Takes Share!

The dispute over the profit-sharing between the three Producers of 'Maharshi' was resolved amicably with the intervention of Mahesh Babu.
As per sources, Ashwini Dutt sought Rs 10 crore as his share in 'Maharshi'. Dil Raju who handled the production raised objection as the budget went beyond the initial estimates. Finally, A settlement was made and Ashwini Dutt will receive Rs 7 crore prior to the release as per the deal. This Senior Producer will have no role to play henceforth.
On the other hand, Both Dil Raju and PVP will be sharing profits depending on the Box Office performance of 'Maharshi'.
Due to the escalation of budget & the hefty profit demanded by Ashwini Dutt, 'Maharashi' has to become a massive hit to fetch profits for Dil Raju and PVP. Or else, They will end up incurring huge losses. Chances of Mahesh doing another film for Vyjayanthi Movies look bleak after this issue.
