Pakistan was one of the hot favourites to win the Asia Cup. Given the quality bowling attack the team enjoys, the fans and supporters of the team expected that the Babar Azam-led team will lift the trophy. But the island team Sri Lanka which entered the tournament as an underdog emerged victorious.

The Sri Lankan team was good with the ball and bat as well and went on to win the finals. The final loss came as a big blow to the Pakistan team and its supporters. Sri Lanka gave a target of 171. The bowlers bowled out Sri Lanka for just 147 and won the match with a margin of 23 runs.

Post the Asia Cup defeat, PCB chief Ramiz Raja spoke to the media journalists. During the interaction, Raja was asked if people in Pakistan are sad about the defeat. Ramiz Raja could not hold his anger and tried to snatch an Indian journalist's phone.

Saying that the journalist might be from India, Ramiz Raja said Indians are happy with the loss and tried to snatch his phone. The PCB chief's behavior became a topic of discussion and netizens asked how he can behave like that.

Winning or losing is a part of the match. Losing a match is painful. But the PCB chief would have behaved in a mature way by saying they are sad about the loss but they will bounce back and focus on upcoming tournaments. Instead of doing that, Ramiz Raja could not keep his cool and tried to snatch a journalist's phone.

"You must be from India, your people must be very happy," Ramiz Raja said in Hindi to a journalist. The video went viral on social media and everyone is talking about this. The Asia Cup defeat made the PCB Chief lose his cool.

Wanindu Hasaranga was the star for Sri Lankaan. He made valuable contributions with the ball and bat. When Sri Lanka lost five wickets, Hasaranga scored 36. When Sri Lanka started its chase, Hasaranga took crucial wickets. Wanindu Hasaranga was awarded the player of the tournament. In the tournament, he bagged nine wickets and scored 66 runs.
