Assembly Elections Schedule of FIVE States

As many as 16 crore people will exercise their right to vote in these five states. Election would be held for 630 Assembly Seats altogether. About 1.85 lakh polling booths will be established.
Uttar Pradesh Assembly Polls: Election to happen in 7 Phases (February 11th, 15th, 19th, 23rd and 27th; March 4th & 8th).
Goa & Punjab Assembly Polls Date: February 4th
Uttarakhand Assembly Polls Date: February 15th
Manipur Assembly Polls: Election to happen in 2 Phases (March 4th & 8th)
Elections Results of all the Five States will be announced on March 11th, 2017.
The Model Code of Conduct in these poll-bound states is being imposed with immediate effect. Candidates could spend Rs 28 lakh in UP, Punjab and Uttarakhand. Whereas, Only Rs 20 lakh has been permitted in Goa and Manipur.
