Atharintiki Daredi revenue shocks Trade Pundits

The entire focus of Bollywood trade circles is on Atharintiki Daredi ever since it released on September 27th. Collecting over Rs 10.91 crore at the USA box office in just the first weekend is a major achievement for any Indian film. Even 99% of the Bollywood biggies haven't generated such a mammoth revenue until now.
Ram Gopal Varma told - 'Taran Adarsh (Bollywood ace trade analyst) told me that in his entire career he has not been more shocked with any films collections more than Attarintiki Daredi'.
Surprisingly, Atharintiki Daredi touched Rs 10 crore mark in Nizam region on 5th day but it crossed the same barrier at the USA box office on Sunday itself. Overseas market for Telugu films is growing bigger and it's now generating revenues on par with the Nizam region.
