AP NGO leader Ashok Babu achieved special craze during the pro-United AP protests. He has reportedly faced an unexpected situation in Hyderabad recently. He and his group members were physically attacked. The news has been underplayed in the media because it may lead to trouble. Ashok Babu is not openly speaking about the attack. On the other hand, AP NGO chief secretary Chandrasekhara Reddy filed a complaint in Abids police station that they were attacked in a planned manner.. they were thrashed by the attackers.

What actually happened?

Gachibowli Mutually Aided Cooperative Housing Society Management Committee meeting was held in AP NGO Home in Gunfoundry on Sunday. But they have kept the meeting details as the secret. They have sent the information to the members through SMSes. Bhagyanagar Telangana NGO leaders and employees came to know about the information and they have gone to the venue. They expressed their anger as the meeting was held secretly by closing doors.

They posed several questions to Ashok Babu and alleged that they alleged that corruption took place in the allotments of lands. They went to court and swindled money. The police complaint states that they have attacked Ashok Babu, Chandrasekhara Reddy.

They have shifted the meeting to another room in the same building but the attackers again entered that room. When police came to know about the incident they have immediately reached the spot and tried to convince both the groups. Furniture.. flowers pots.. glasses were damaged in the hungama.

Meanwhile, Bhgyangar Telangana NGO association leaders are saying that they have nothing to do with the attack on Ashok Babu. BTNGO Leader Satyanarayana Goud is saying that some people went there but they have no relation to the NGO. He questioned why the meeting was held in a secret manner? On the whole, the meeting turned out to be a bitter experience for Ashok Babu & Co.
